Sponsorship Opportunities

Auburn Outdoors is pleased to be hosting Auburn Ascent, our third annual climbing festival February 16-17, 2018. Last year’s event sold out, allowing us to host 100 climbers from schools from around the southeast. This year, we’re increasing capacity to accommodate even more participants for our film festival and climbing competition. We would like to invite you to partner with us by providing prizes to our competitors. In exchange, we are offering the following levels of sponsorship. If you wish to discuss a "custom" sponsorship option, please contact us at your earliest convenience. Sponsorship deadline: Feb. 1, 2018. 


LEVEL 1

PRIZES FOR COMPETITORS - $50 RETAIL VALUE

WHAT YOU'LL GET:

  • One route named after your company
  • Inclusion in social media posts beginning two weeks prior to event
  • Level One sponsor signage displayed prominently during event

LEVEL 2

PRIZES FOR COMPETITORS - $200 RETAIL VALUE

WHAT YOU'LL GET:

  • Four routes named for your company. 
  • Recognition as a sponsor on our official website.
  • Recognition during our film festival (Friday night) and our climbing competition (Saturday) 
  • Inclusion in social media posts beginning two weeks prior to event - users see our posts an average of 285K per month on Facebook and Twitter alone. 
  • Level Two sponsor signage displayed prominently during event 
  • A minimum of 10 branded digital signage impressions throughout weekend on 20+ digital signs placed strategically throughout our facility. Up to 3,400+ students will see your ad each day.

  • Banner space around wall during climbing competition
  • Advertisement shown during film festival

  • Branded sponsorship signage displayed prominently during event
  • A minimum of 15 branded digital signage impressions throughout weekend on 20+ digital signs placed strategically throughout our facility. Up to 3,400+ students will see your ad each day.
